Course Description: Intro to Gif Animator 5
Gif Animator 5 lets you create professional looking animations for web pages, emails, and presentations. It comes packaged with PhotoImpact 8, XL and 10 but can also be purchased as a standalone program. Although we won't be using external image editors in this course, Gif Animator can be used with image editors that support .UFO (PhotoImpact) and .PSD file formats (Paint Shop Pro, and Photoshop). Since all materials are supplied, all you'll need for this course is Gif Animator 5 and your imagination. :)
There are many animation tutorials on the internet with the emphasis on creating images within imaging editors. This course focuses on learning Gif Animator. It was written with exercises and simple tutorials that focus on learning the particular tools and functions of the program. By the end of this course you should have enough knowledge of the program to feel confident in creating your own animations.
